Once you’re onboarded with us, your account manager will run you through our easy to use online portal where you can place your orders.
You have a number of options available to you, depending on your location:
- In-House Courier Service - If you are located within the M25, we will organise for a courier come to your location to collect samples once a day, free of charge. With our in-house courier service, you will also receive a text alerting you when your courier is within 30 minutes of your location.
- Third-Party Collection Service - If you are located outside of the M25, we recommend using TNT or Royal Mail to have your customer samples delivered to our lab.
We highly recommend that you use a courier service for all urgent samples, as the Royal Mail service delivery times are not always guaranteed.
Our boxed kits are designed to be displayed on your store shelves or POD unit. Your customer can then simply bring the test(s) they require to the till where they can hand in the boxed kit(s) to have the sample taken in your store. Alternatively, the customer can take the kit(s) home, where they can take their own sample at their convenience and return their sample to us via a supplied pre-paid 24hr tracked Royal Mail envelope.
For venous in-store sample collection, we provide all the medical equipment you need to carry out a blood draw in your store—should your customer request it.
In the case where a patients’ blood sample has clotted and cannot be tested, we will supply you with a replacement kit to retake the sample at no additional cost to you.
Should a patients’ blood sample clot a second time, we would encourage the patient to attend the store or a London Medical Laboratory site to have their blood drawn in a supervised setting. This will incur an additional charge of £30.
You will find a range of marketing collateral within the client portal. You can then simply download digital marketing content you need including posters, flyers and display videos.

* In up to 5% of cases, COVID-19 samples need to be re-run if a result is inconclusive during the first round of testing. Re-tested results will be delivered the day after the first test attempt.
† Sexual health test results are delivered within 48 hours.
